Python - Deep learning for OCT-A vessel segmentation

This repository contains a tensorflow implementation of deep convolutional networks used for vessel segmentation in OCT-A images. It also comprises pretrained model weights and example scripts which can be used to segment new OCT-A images. The software was developed as part of our 2020 Biomedical Optics Express publication, titled “Deep iteratitive vessel segmentation in OCT angiography”.
